Thurso may be the most northerly town in Britain but it is by no means remote. As the largest town in the Highland area it hosts a prosperous, thriving community. This developing area has a relatively young population and a very cosmopolitan outlook. We are well served with entertainment and sports facilities and our nearest Marks & Spencers’ is only two hours away in Inverness! The county town of Wick is only twenty miles away and there in located both the Caithness General Hospital and also the airport. The hospital accepts admissions for medical, surgical, obstetrics and gynaecology each speciality having three consultants attached.
